The School of Nursing at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro is seeking three faculty members to apply for full time tenure track research positions or non-tenure track positions. The School is recruiting creative and highly motivated candidates who want to advance their academic careers and support the research, teaching, and service missions of the UNCG School of Nursing. We are seeking innovative and talented individuals actively engaged in research and in evidence-based practice and education to become part of our dynamic team. Priorities are for research and advanced practice (NP) faculty with a focus on vulnerable populations or psychiatric mental health.

The ideal candidates for tenure track positions will have an established program of research, publications, external funding and graduate teaching experience. Tenure track positions are designed to be research intensive.

The ideal candidates for non-tenure track positions will have current national certification (e.g., A/GNP, FNP, PMHNP), and teaching and clinical experience.

Salary and rank will be commensurate with experience and credentials. These are 9-month academic year faculty positions.

The School of Nursing is CCNE accredited and is a NLN Center of Excellence in Faculty Development. The University has over 19,000 students and is classified by Carnegie as a research university with high research activity. Minimum Qualifications

• All positions will have responsibilities in research, teaching, and service missions.
• All candidates must hold a graduate degree in nursing and a doctoral degree in nursing or related field.
• An unencumbered RN license (or APRN license) in North Carolina is required prior to employment date.
